This week you'll see two images, both by me. One is a simple head shot and the other is a digital tracing I did. You'll also get to see why I'm not the artist of Arcana. :)
The first sketch is of Chrys. Along with Theresa, she's a main character of the story. Chrys grew up in the Inn, a gathering place at the crossroads between worlds. Her father is the last full-blooded member of a vanished race and her mother is a bard who wanders the worlds looking for stories to collect and share. Chrys can be a bit of a spoiled princess and very stubborn when she doesn't get her way. The second sketch is of Mandrake. She's a faerie from a cyberpunk world and works at the Inn as a barmaid. Mandrake doesn't speak in words but instead in pictures and music.
